My Design Process
In the preparation phase, I engage stakeholders, review materials, and compile questions. During the kickoff meeting, I establish project parameters and audience details. In the analysis phase, I conduct a needs assessment to define aligned learning objectives.
Using gathered insights, I create a detailed design document, followed by storyboarding and prototype development, incorporating feedback. Development encompasses creating interactive learning experiences across various tools.
Each phase undergoes iterative feedback cycles for refinement before implementation or facilitation, followed by evaluation using the Kirkpatrick Model to assess learning impact.
